Preventative Maintenance

PMP - Preventative Maintenance Plan Many of our small business clients would benefit from an on-staff "computer person" but cannot justify the expense.  CCI's PMP is the answer!  We can become your "in-house geeks" on a part-time basis. Our PMP program consists of simple "prepaid hours".  A discount is provided because we can schedule the time and it is not considered "Priority Support".  During PMP visits, we resolve issues, work on projects, review and develop improved procedures, and make recommendations for future growth.  These regular visits build a relationship that allows staff to focus on YOUR business, instead of their computer issues.  Our expectation is to head-off most problems instead of react to them.  Currently, our discounted PMP rate is $95/hour. RMP - Remote Monitoring Plan Sometimes, when things get all set up and working, we don't hear from our clients for months at a time!  The problem is, there are a number of housekeeping tasks that need to be performed regularly.  Some of these include: reviewing log files, monitoring anti-virus and spyware protection, checking backup logs, ensuring adequate free disk space, and applying regular service pack and security updates. Neglecting these areas can allow small problems to turn into big ones!  CCI can perform these tasks for you every month.  We'll even do so after business hours where necessary in order to restart servers -  avoiding interruption of business.  We then prepare a summary report for your review so that you can sleep nights knowing someone is "keeping an eye" on your network!  Our current RMP rate is $95/month, although if you're a PMP client as well, the rate drops to just $75/month.
